  • Is there a rest room on board the bus?
No. The intimate tour bus that we utilize is NOT rest room equipped. There is NOT a rest room break during the 2-1/2 hour tour, so guests are advised to utilize the facilities at the Independence Visitor Center prior to the start of the tour.

  • How much walking is involved?
The tour is 99% a bus tour. No tour in Philadelphia covers more geography or goes to more neighborhoods than the Movie Sites Tour. To cover so much ground, we must keep rolling! There is a 3-minute "leg stretch" intermission given about 75 minutes into the tour, however guests with limited mobility do not have to get off the bus.

  • Is the tour handicapped accessible?
The specialized "Rolling Movie Theater" bus that we utilize does not have a wheelchair lift, however if guests are able to navigate 3 steps on to the bus we will reserve the front seat for them. There is storage in the rear for a collapsable wheelchair.
